At Chiropractic Health Center – Dr. Pamela Thompson, care is rooted in experience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping people live healthier lives. For more than 31 years, we’ve been proudly serving the Baraboo, Wisconsin community and surrounding areas with personalized chiropractic care designed to support patients at every stage of life.

Our mission is simple: to help each person reach their maximum health and wellness potential, regardless of age, injury, or condition. Led by Dr. Pamela Thompson, our female-owned practice is built on trust, education, and individualized treatment—never a one-size-fits-all approach. Dr. Thompson also holds the distinction of being the first female chiropractor in Wisconsin certified to accept Dean Health HMO, a milestone that reflects both her leadership in the profession and her dedication to accessibility in patient care.

Services such as electric muscle stimulation, therapeutic ultrasound, and hydrocollator therapy are often used to relax tight muscles, improve circulation, and enhance the effectiveness of chiropractic adjustments.
Physical Therapy & Functional Recovery: Our physical therapy services are designed to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and restore range of motion after injury or strain. Compression & Massage Therapies: To support muscle relaxation and circulation, we offer compression massage and therapeutic compression chair therapy.
